Getting started

Scout is the default tier and it is free. You pay only the platform fee on trades you make (transparent, surfaced per-trade) plus standard Solana priority fees. There is no subscription, no minimum, no funding requirement to access features.Sniper and Apex are invite-only paid tiers with reduced fees and higher limits. See Tiers Overview.
No, but it is highly recommended! See Non-Custodial First and Lightning Wallet.
Any Solana wallet with standard Sign-In-with-Solana support: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Glow, OKX Wallet, hardware wallets (Ledger via supported wallet apps), and others. If your wallet supports the standard, Dequan supports it.
Yes, but only for selling tokens in holdings. The full app runs on any desktop because it is too difficult to spot micro movements on a small screen.
You connect a wallet. That’s it. No email, no KYC, no password. Sign-in is a one-time signed challenge from your wallet (see Key Handling).

The platform

A live spatial map of every active Solana meme token, where horizontal position is market cap and vertical position is real-time momentum — letting you read the entire market by formation rather than scrolling a list. See Pump Zone Overview.
Three structural differences:
  1. Spatial discovery (Pump Zone) instead of list scrolling.
  2. Pre-execution warmup — the trade is being prepared the moment you open a chart, not when you click buy.
  3. Parallel landing — every trade is broadcast across multiple paths simultaneously.
See What Makes Dequan Different.
No. Dequan is Solana-native. We focus on doing one chain extremely well rather than spreading across many.
Yes. The platform works for any Solana token — major assets included. The Pump Zone is most valuable for meme/launch tokens because that’s where momentum-spotting matters most, but the chart suite, execution pipeline, and safety features apply equally to any token.
The Sniper List is a dense ranked-list alternative if you prefer it. The Sniper List mimics older original methods for trading which suck, but we’ve added ranking and meaningful background colors and effects to give it more of an edge for finding good tokens. It’s there if you like looking at lists, but we highly recommend using the Pump Zone. Once you see how easy it is to spot good tokens, you’ll never go back.

Safety and custody

By default, no. Your main wallet signs every trade and your private key never enters Dequan’s systems. Lightning Wallet is an optional, sandboxed custodial wallet you can fund (and withdraw from) at will. See Non-Custodial First.
Funds in your main wallet are unaffected — those keys are yours. Funds in Lightning Wallet remain on-chain at your Lightning address; if our app is unreachable, the platform team has documented procedures to release them, and a key-recovery process is part of operational continuity planning.
Live simulation against on-chain pool state, run on chart-open. If a token is unsellable, the simulation fails and the buy panel is disabled with a warning. See Honeypot Guard.
The Liquidity Drain Detection system watches the underlying pool’s reserves and fires an alert (with one-tap exit) the moment a drain begins, often before the price feed has fully repriced.
No. Dequan does not run a sequencer, does not have privileged ordering rights, and does not see trades before they are submitted. Your transactions go through the same Solana network as everyone else’s, and the platform’s submission paths are diverse public infrastructure, not a private chokepoint.

Execution

Under normal network conditions, broadcast-to-confirmation is well under a second on most retail trades. The full breakdown is recorded for every trade you make — see Latency Transparency. We don’t expect you to trust the claim; we expect you to check the data.
Because the signing step on Lightning is server-side and instant, while main-wallet signing requires you to confirm a wallet popup. The popup is mostly your time, not Dequan’s, but it adds 1–3 seconds per trade. See Lightning Wallet.
Three factors: adaptive priority fees (calibrated to live network percentiles), adaptive slippage (calibrated to actual quote impact), and parallel-path landing (multiple submission lanes racing). Static defaults plus single-path submission is why other tools’ transactions revert. See Execution Philosophy.

Tiers and referrals

Sustained activity at Scout’s volume cap, community introduction, or direct outreach. See Sniper & Apex. There is no public sign-up page for upgraded tiers.
A meaningful percentage of your referees’ trading fees. Heavy referrers in active communities earn substantial sustained income. See Referral Program.
The throttle status is shown in your account view with reasoning. Most flags are correctable through normal activity over a short window. Disputes can be raised through support. See Referral Anti-Abuse.

Account and support

Disconnect your wallet and stop using the platform. Your trade history remains in your wallet’s on-chain transaction history (which we don’t control), but Dequan stores no off-chain personal data that needs deletion separately. If you have an active Lightning Wallet, withdraw it first.
Open a support ticket in our Discord.
Not publicly. Dequan is a UI product. Programmatic access to data feeds and execution is not exposed.
No. The data pipeline, execution engine, and Pump Zone scoring contain meaningful intellectual property that is the platform’s competitive moat. We publish operational transparency — health, latency, fees, post-mortems — but not source.
